We will miss this most serene, most peaceful location and the spectacular view very much when we are all back in canada next week. We'll be very jealous of your future gusts! We managed 3 days in Firenze as well as visits to Cortona (***), Pistoia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, San Gimignano (***), Siena (Terribly crowded), and Lucca (**). The weather was hot except for our first 2 days...

 Il a des atouts ce gite: la vue est exceptionelle, l'accueil de Bernardo et ses conseils, la situation, à deux pas de Florence mais dans un Toscane demeurée authentique.
 Bonnes vacances à tous ceux qui viendront aprés nous.

Si on recherche un petit coin de Paradis en Toscane, loin des agitations de notre Monde, la maison de Bernardo est un vrai havre de paix, moyen de se ressourcer grâce à la vue splendide de la terrasse et de l'accueil qu'il nous a réservé. Tout est réuni ici pour passer un agréable séjour. Je donnerai une mention supplémentaire de nous faire partager les délices de son jardin.

Excellent séjour à la Favilletta et à Florence.

Il y a 30 ans que nous étions en Italie pour chanter! Aujourd'hui nous sommes revenus en-chantes!

Merci pour le séjour, le lieu et l'accueil ont été parfaits! En un mot VENI, VIDI... MEDICI!!!

Comment ne pas trouver cet endroit magnifique!!! et plein de charme. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Toscane.

Le légumes du jardin étaient super bons surtout les tomates (d'aprés Lenà).

May 2009 - Tatiana, Inna and Elena - Moscow, Russia

We spent an amazing week in this villa. A hot cup of morning tea while watching the early-am fog turnoff became something of a ritual. We were lucky that Gaiole & Panzano had wine festivals on the weekend of our visits & we had the opportunity to taste an amazing variety of Chianti Classicos, super tuscans and Vin santo-desert wines.
 We also spent our days in Radda and Greve (Tuscany area), Pisa and Florence. For winery tour we'd highly recomend Felsina and Castello di Volpaia - you do need to book in advance with a  phone call.
 The villa is jut amazing - we loved the dirt road, and made a habit of returning after dark especially for a night safari experience. We've seen foxes, rabbits and even a majestic porcupine. The views are spellbinding.
 This was truly a home away from home for us for a week and would recomend it to our friends and family.

 Dear Bernardo, first time we stayed in Tuscany and we are very impressed by this wonderful landscape, the very friendly people and the many impressive old town and places. Thank's a lot for this real nice place here in La Favilla, especially Il Fienile and for your hospitality. We will come back sometimes, hope not too long time away. Thanks so much Bernardo for such a great visit. We have so loved staying here, it has been perfect for an holiday for two. The stars are amazing at night, and the view beautiful during the day. It has been a holiday to remember. Hopefully the next time we can use the pool :-)
